A. Contact Alison within 48 hours of your booked session date/time to reschedule. Use the contact details given in the booking confirmation.
Q. How do I get a refund?
A. If you have booked a product or service and immediately realise you’ve booked the wrong thing, contact Alison using the contact form.
Where a product has been designed for you, or a product or service has been delivered, a refund is no longer available.

Q. What are Alison’s qualifications and experience?
A. Alison was first attuned to Reiki in 2006 and qualified a few years later as a Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Ryoho Advanced Master and Teacher. Alison is a qualified and established wellbeing & life coach who, alongside her practice, has coached NHS staff as part of a volunteer coaching programme led by the Health and Care Academy. She spent a number of years mentoring students taking their ‘Life Coach’ qualifications with the Coaching Academy, London. She is a qualified trainer with CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), and an experienced facilitator. With a keen interest in energy work, Alison has also qualified in a number of other areas such as Emotional Freedom Technique, Chakra & Auric healing, Crystal Reiki Master and Angelic healing.
